First off, Moyers doesn't receive a dime, a nickel, or even a penny in tax-payer money. Bill Moyers Journal in funded, ENTIRELY, though private grants from various foundations. Second, I fail to see where Moyers was owned at all by O'Reilly in this clip. The first quote did not actually name O'Reilly. He did not say that "Bill spews venom", but it was turned into a soundbite so we can't see the reaction. To it. As for the last statement, if they wanted to get things done, just both of them can straighten that out.
So, to say he's a liar is reaching in my opinion. The statements that Jessie asked seemed to have direct quotes that didn't exist in the repeated interviews. Instead of paraphrasing, using the exact quote would be better.

I would MUCH rather see O'Reilly on Moyers than vice versa. The format is more honest, dispassionate, and fact revealing with less useless and childish foment. Also, Moyers beat O'Reilly to the punch inviting O'Reilly to his set FIRST. Journalistic etiquette is that the first encounter should therefore be on Moyer's set! It is O'Reilly who fears a format he wouldn't control. The PBS transcript wouldn't be chopped up as often happens on Faux.
