Paul mentions some of these in the bible. I personally didn't like the preachers style or his attitude. If he doesn't care then why he is bringing it up in a service. I heard him criticize women for being fat and he said was wrong. This isn't right and he needs to realize that some struggle with weight. it is hard to lose weight for people. He should be encouraging everyone in his church to stay healthy and in shape. It is not right to criticize women for being overweight.
He could have preached in a gentle tone. He is entitled his view whether I agree with them or anyone else does. I have never against IFB churches or the people personally. I didn't fit in so I left the one that I was attending. I now attend a Christian & Missionary Alliance Church. I also don't shove my beliefs on people. Ephesians 5:22 - Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. / Colossians 3:18 - Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as it is fit in the Lord. --- Tell me what woman was ever called to be a preacher/apostle?! You won't find it in the Bible. Tell me what woman led a church? You won't find one in the Bible.

Where does it say to keep slaves and/or rape females? If you want to make your point, provide Scripture. ...or have you forgotten that Israel was in slavery and God freed them, but yet according to you He's ok with slavery?! #4. Deuteronomy 22:25-29 says that a raped woman must marry her rapist and a women who don´t cry loud enough when being raped must be stoned to death. Genesis 19 lot gives his daughters to a horney gang of men to be raped,he is praised as a moral man,I say coward. Judges 21 and Numbers 31 also speak of women as plunder to be taken.As usual the God fearing man is ignorant of what he is a childish coward.

You can find where a person is at-especially what he preaches. When he speaks about how a woman should inspire her husband to do something for God-she should get to the wieght before they married-after plowng out 5-6 kids. In a sermon-heard him say that if you were a woman and dressed inapropriately to atleast lose wieght so it looked good and did not disgust him. In a sermon different from this one-talked about how when a woman came to ask a question he kicked her out

And I'll admit I have not heard where he said he "kicked a woman out," but what he was probably saying is that he would not speak to a woman privately in his office...not even my pastor does this. Personally, my pastor always has his wife with him when he speaks with women, so nothing can speculated.

You are right on that aboutc ontext. It was some sort when after a service there would be a line of men waiting to ask questions-even on that-before the 20/20 piece-yah been noticing this. Some of it comes from someone in the church or school-way before the 20/20 piece and with his presence online-me I would have someone dealing with it or perhaos he might be seeing the wisdom of his father in law to not do anything on the internet. Ephesians 5:21-25 speaks not only of WIVES submission to their husbands (Not females to any and all males) but of husbands LOVING their wives as CHRIST LOVED THE CHURCH. There's nothing in this disgusting video that reflects Christ's love for the church.
What's more, is there anything that Schaap says here that reflects how Christ treated WOMEN throughout his days on earth? How he treated his lady disciples? His mother? Samaritan woman? Adulteress woman?

What's more, Eph 5:21-25 also speaks of us submitting "one to another". Males submitting to females and visa versa. Galatians 3:28 says that we are all equal in God. Where in Scripture did Jesus ever say, "It’ll be a cold day in hell before I learn something from one of *them*!” Rather, the God of the Bible says, “Come, let us reason together.” Jesus could have asserted His authority many times, but He didn’t. He urged people to follow Him, and then He served those same people.

Deborah led "God's people" like a pastor would as well as a political leader. Jesus showed His resurrected self FIRST to women–making them the first to testify of it…teaching it TO the apostles. Timothy learned theology from his mum and grandmother and was highly respected by the Apostle Paul for it. Hebrews could have been written by a woman.

@milkbone1990 It's amazing that people will preach and want to order a whole life (family / church) around Ephesians 5:22, but neglect to talk about Ephesians 5:21. Why is this Biblical instruction ignored?
And the Bible does have women leaders, see female leadership chosen by God by Deborah (Judges 4), Junia in Romans 16:7 (I'll admit a dispute about her gender but consensus is female), plus a rich history of female involvement in God's plans (Rehab, Ruth, Lydia, Esther, etc).

@WS64U That might be true for you, but it's not true for everyone. If a woman and a man want that sort of relationship, and they both consent freely to it, fair enough. But you should not apply your religious beliefs to everyone else. I would not want that sort of relationship with a man, and consider women and men completely equal. I think a lot of the teachings on women being inferior to men in the Bible were written because at that time people wanted to keep society patriarchal.

He is speaking to his church of which he is the pastor. If you don't like it, then simply don't go or don't watch his sermons.

However, DMCA provides clearly enunciated exceptions for reproduction/republication for the purposes of satire and/or public comment.
