As you can see in the video you have to download the event with the japanese version of Platinum and then you have to talk to a guy standing in a supermarket.

Shaymin is very easy to catch. My friend got it with some pokeballs and others like film just need a Quick Ball. Trust me, this video is without any illegal stuff.
