i just got a red wii also, but mine did not include the donkey kong original edition :( Why is that? Also, Wii sports and New Super MArio Bros. came in cheap cardboard cases, not their nice plastic ones.

If you ask me, the Wii should have had SMB pre-installed or come with Mario All-Stars. The DSi should have come with New Super Mario Bros. instead of Mario Kart.

Just because, if you can play with 3 more people at the same time om Co-op mode, Why you should play a Super Mario Game on Turns? (First you, then your friend) limited to 2 people.

Of course, we love the classics, but I belive you can buy the original SMB on the wii store.

I'm glad they're comin out wit different colors for the wii. It allows u to "express yourself" more by gettin the color u like and not one that everyone else also has. I traded in my white wii on a black wii a few months back now. Its so absolutely SEXY KICKASS! LOL! :-) Yea, I had to start my games all over. But it was worth the upgrade, I'm sooo happy I got it! Plus it doesnt look as awkward sittin in a room full of black electronics (t.v., computers, etc.) being the only white appliance lol.

Thats back when they had a promotion goin for tradin in ur white wii on a black one for $50 credit towards the new console. The downside is that u cant transfer ur data from ur old console so u have to re-download everything and start ur games alllll over..... :-(

Doesn't work like this.

You can't transfer downloaded content you paid for on to another Wii, only Nintendo can do this.

So if you downloaded vc-games (i.e.) you have to either buy them new on your new Wii, or you have to get in touch with Nintendo.

The reason I would think twice before spending lots of money in vc-games. It's a bummer, really.
