    then i lowered my weight and rested and it seems to have dissapeared.

  • I developed elbow tendinitis because I came off a motorbike and screwed my shoulder and rota cuff. So when I did dips or benches my elbows would compensate for the lack of strength in my shoulder. Everything is connected.. once i strengthened my shoulder, no more elbow problems after some physio treatment.

    i had bad tecnique on the bench press barely hittin the chest n my shoulders hurt like hell, the past 2 months i improved alot, my chest n tris are getting swole, no more pain on shoulders but my left elbow hurts like hell now n 1. almost never lift heavy cuz my priority is tecnique on bench, 2. i never fully extend my arms until the last rep n 3 just do it once a week so i dont know maybe my left elbow is deformed or something :b

  • Elbow dysplasia??? Over developed biceps and under developed triceps. It's pretty common because, most people only focus on biceps.

  • i do around 50-60 rope pushdowns before every workout focusing on warming up my joints....worked wonders for me

  • I had elbow pain and I realized that the reason was because of muscle imbalances in my forearm, the muscles involved in gripping were overpowering the muscles that exdend the fingers and open the hand. So I did some stretches for the forearm and put some ice on it and started doing some light reverse wrist curls in my routine and now my elbow feels 100 times better now and it's getting better every day.

  • 4. The Main problem is that over 90 percent at the gym tend to overextend their presses. You should never go to low in shoulderpresses or chestpresses. That's always bad for your joints.

  • I had that happen to me because of terrible form doing bicep curls. I took some fish oil at night and the next day a lot of the pain was gone. Pretty good stuff for inflammation.

  • also if you have a bad wrist(s) your elbow can be affected cuz thas what happens to me.. you jus have to work around it.. joint pain is common when you lift. like for me i have bad kneees and when i do BB lunges my knee feels like its bout to burst. so i dont do them. jus choose another workout.. ure health is much more important than some muscles.
