I had elbow pain and I realized that the reason was because of muscle imbalances in my forearm, the muscles involved in gripping were overpowering the muscles that exdend the fingers and open the hand. So I did some stretches for the forearm and put some ice on it and started doing some light reverse wrist curls in my routine and now my elbow feels 100 times better now and it's getting better every day.
4. The Main problem is that over 90 percent at the gym tend to overextend their presses. You should never go to low in shoulderpresses or chestpresses. That's always bad for your joints.
elbow pains I know very well as I was living this in a very heavy mode several years ago...I will do a video today about this subject, as I personally finished with calcification of my right elbow, which is much bigger as the left elbow, I will give some of my personal tips and experience and also of my doctor's advises!!! A very good theme!
