Here is a lot easier and is what I do, not on purpose though.

i got a good way to make distressed jeans! trip and slide on a road or sidewalk! slide on plaace you want to look distressed! then wash and get possible blood stains out or get your worst enemy put them in a pair of your jeans tie them to a car by any body part and floor it! either way they'll look good! XD

Step 4: Tie rope to truck hitch and drive down a asphalt road (preferred rock for distressed look)

I never understood this trend. I just cheap jeans at a thrift store ($10) and wear them as usual. I don't care if they look new or worn, I just like jeans. At least with this method people wont purposefully buy shitty looking jeans.
