The real question is: How much is it going to set me back? I bet a used jet-ski, ATV, and toy hauler would probably be cheaper than a new one of those! I agree that it would also probably not function as well at either than a device specifically designed for each. Life guards, wildlife and border patrol agents would most likely make the best use of it!

I'm not 100% sure if this is right, but i believe its the cooling system expelling the water after it's been run through the engine block, it uses a water pump to pull the water through the engine just like a car does with a radiator, but uses fresh cool water from the body of water it's in.
