No...Freak'n WAY!!! You are amazing! know so much and so young...and I thought I was cool and smart for knowing how to say 10 phrases in Japanese when I was 12 XD I'm 21 now and because of lack of time and motivation I haven't improved as much as I should've...Is it weird for a 21 year old to admire a 15/16 year old? >>
i taught myself japanese when i was like 6-11 yrs of age using Bleach, One Piece, Naruto and other anime haha :) now that im a 9th grader (age 14) in hawaii, im japanese level 3. i like ur vids and u hav a good accent! :) バイバイ〜!
Can you please make a video on how you memorized and learnt kanji? I'm learning it now and it's not to difficult (because it's very, very basic,ヽ(;▽;)ノ) but it would be really helpful to see your way of learning it. *^^*
Very very good. It's perfect that you explain what the word means and in what context it is used. Japanese and english can't be translated word for word.
@beebler26 I don't know if you watch his channel, but I made a Guest Sensei video for Gimmeaflakeman just after Christmas that only just got uploaded where I covered everything you just mentioned ^^
You don't HAVE to be in Japan to discover these things~^^
I didn't mean it like that though! Your Japanese is waaay better than mine is and I'm in Japan. I just meant I'm in Japan so I'm learning and experiencing the way people talk to me on an everyday basis. I just thought I'd share it with you since you're interested in Japanese stuff!
@Ryuzaki1311 haha it's a good experience. Learning a lot, good/bad, how much I agree/disagree with things. You should try to study abroad here at some point, or work here. They'd love you.
Also, I was wondering what you thought of learning two languages at a time? I want to learn Korean and Japanese SO MUCH, but I'm already in french immersion and learning Spanish, so 4 languages + is way too much. Which dya think I should learn? WAHH~ so difficult :(
@AikoKawaii7 I'm doing exactly that at the moment! I do french at GCSE level, I'm an A* student in it, and I've been learning Japanese alone for 3 years, and I just started Korean. I already speak A* English too! GO FOR IT, I REALLY ENCOURAGE YOU <3
That was so good! ^_^ How helpful! My favorite is definitely 「うそ」! Videos like this one are so cool because I can actually read the Japanese and translate it. I love your videos ^_^
Learned a few words that I hadn't even picked up while I was a foreign exchange student! ^^ Thank you for the video, definitely make more like these, I'm sure your subscribers will love 'em. :D

the maa ne...would it be same with "maa ika..'?
acapair 2 weeks ago
@acapair No, its more like "bah/well, this way is fine too/doesnt matter"
For example you are cooking but you dont have X ingredient "maa ikka, koredemo oishiiyo" <- well, anyways is good too"
or you are doing your bed but you do it in a bad way "maa ikka, atode naoshimasu"
<- "bah, later i do it well"

lol when you were using やばい to me it seemed like I'd be saying something like "OMGHOLYCRAP!!!" in English xD
So if I used it in this content would it work?
*sees dangerous snake* ”やばい O.O!!!”
*gets gazette's new album* "やびあ >w<!!!”
Also, when you were using とか it seemed like you were using the English term for "like". So if it とか was use in a example like this would it be right?
"I went the the, like「とか」, museum and seen, like「とか」a mammoth!"
lol, thank you very much! I love your videos~

ちなみに、このビデオはやばい!(いい意味で)
MrPepepe7777 5 months ago

Most likely, it is related. Since まぁね is a slang term, its root would most likely be まあまあ.

I get かっこいい from Japanese boys too, not in a gay way either.
Like the way they change words to the え sound, they may emphasize かっこいい as かっけいい!
すげい is the え-emphasized version of すごい which is like impressive. It's い、not え, btw。
やばい is a reaction to being overwhelmed, good or bad. They also say やべい。
ちょ〜 emphasizes an adjective and is used a lot too.
A good word to add is イケメン. It's used a lot by girls to guys. It kind of means the epitome of cool guy.
