Before making your final descision, look at the detication Thomas Jane has given, hes invloved his entire life around preparing to be the perfect punisher, for next worthy movie to come around. He listens to all of his fans Punisher reccomendations. Trains constantly.

I think it's all just preference. Different people have different positions on the whole Punisher thing.

I like both personally. Ray Stevenson feels more like the comic book punisher while Thomas Jane makes the Punisher feel like a more realistic person.

I guess it boils down to if you want to feel like you're watching a comic book movie or a true story

Did you know he still trains with professinal assasins and martial artists and his daughter falls asleep listening to movies filled with gunshots and violence and cant sleep without it.(Fan movie reccomendations)

Hes still waiting for the "True" punisher script, something that represents the punisher, all around.

He admits after listening to all his fans, the real punisher wasnt revealed until the very end of the first movie.

I just hope a script comes soon, so he can finally relax lol.

I think that Tom played the perfect Frank Castle, but Ray played the perfect punisher. By the time the War Zone comics came out, there was very little of Frank Castle left, and he had almost completely turned into The Punisher. I think that Ray showed that very well, and even looked like the comic version.

But Steven Seagal? DAMN! I wouldnt hang that on anyone!
