I own a craphartt black jacket with a zip on hood. The shoulders freeze up real quick in cold weather. This company makes most of it's stuff in Honduras, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and the Philippine. lol what the hell do they know about cold? The shell is good but the guts of the jacket suck.
