Quite a few things in Cuba are in that sort of state. We took a cheap internal flight across Cuba in what was a WWII Cargo plane with car seats (of various models) bolted to the deck of the plane. Pretty scary but good fun ^^

That is horrble elevator isn't, shouldn't plans for replace of elevator is made brand new freshing elevator improvement with CCTV better than this is very unsafe for elevator. Because of lack elevator auto-lock elevator slide door safety anyway. Is really pretty bad elevator anyway.
