  • You think with all that dough Ron has , he would go out and get some hair.

  • I love reading all the GOPigs comments. Looks like Obamas going to win the next election without contest. I love it!!

  • What a friggin crock. Real intellectual giants there. eh, what?

  • Hey Ron...how bout a skit in 2012 with reaction to what a shi**y job your candidate did on our country...of course not...the truth is the last thing anybody wants to hear.

Once again the office of the president marketed to the public (this one specifically for the baby boomers) like it was a retail store grand opening...unfortunate how uneducated and easily influenced the american public is...like a bunch of eagles flying around with red, white and blue blindfolds on :\

  • The recession began before he even took office, everyone's entitled to their opinion but grow up.

  • These are great actors and I was glad to see them team again on film.

Too bad Obama let the whole country down and sent the USA into a recession.

  • @planetcheck How the HELL did Obama send the country into a recession when it was In a Recession when he took office? Where the Hell were you on the MOON when Bush was in office and sent us to a War we should never had been in looking for Weapons of Mast destruction which he did not find? DUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHHH!

  • @blkshepherd Obama has done nothing for the last 4 years except campaign to get re-elected.

He charges everybody 100 thousand dollars to meet with him.

That is some President you have.

The Republicans will win the White House in November 2012.

Obama is a 1 term President.

    And he knows it too!

Everyone in America will vote him out of office including Opie Taylor!

  • Sad and tragic~

Looks like you weren't paying much attention , Ron, back at ol' Burroughs High

Case & point: NON-IMMIGRANTS to the UNITED STATES, NON-U.S.Citizen, Foreign National, Fathers do NOT and CANNOT produce ARTICLE II 'natural born Citizens'

"extraordinary pResident" , indeed, Mr Howard

Did you hang out long enough in class , "back in the day" to, at least, discover the meaning of 'USURPER'?

  • Opie Cunningham didn't know he was stumping for George Bush 2.0 in 2008. Bet he does now.

  • @CatawbaConvertiCoop Howard was "stumping for" an individual, whose primary objective, apart from the pathetic elitist , socialist garbage that attends, was to usurp the Highest Office in the Land

An ARTICLE II 'natural born Citizen' is NOT born of an acknowledged, admitted , recognized, NON-IMMIGRANT to this Country, NON-U.S. Citizen, Foreign National Father. That is FACT

  • Sit on it Richie!

  • Ron Paul 2012!!!!!!!!

  • SteveBrant55 what a fool you are i figure you left this message long ago so now you are seen for the ahole you are

  • how do they like it now so easy for the rich to say what the hay...but us poor folk we see through the lies

  • WOW! Were Andy, Henry and Ron....wr....wr....wr.wrong!

  • Well...everyone makes mistakes! Like voting for Obama!

  • He lost all his hair from obama's farts when he was kissing his ass.

  • It's always cool to see "The Fonz" but Ron was just another one of millions to be caught up in the whole Obama craze in 08'.

  • awesome

  • Don't blame Ron, Andy, and Henry for what's happened since the '08 election.

Those of us who voted for Obama thought he'd enter office with a real desire to make things different. Instead, his need to cooperate blinded him to the plans the Repubs made (even before his inauguration) to block everything he wanted to do as much as possible.

Both sides are responsible for the mess we're in.

Too bad Obama doesn't have more backbone in him. Could have made a difference.

  • @SteveBrant55 I'd also like to raise the point that all the backbone in the world isn't worth a wooden nickel if you have 41 Senators bound and determined to stop everything you want to do. Or even worse, the Tea Party running things in the House now.

  • @mikecsiy Valid points. The "filibuster everything" mentality means you need 60 votes in the Senate every time. The only route Obama could have taken (IMHO) was to literally step outside the system he's a part of and work with the American people directly to combat "The Assault on Reason" (the title of Al Gore's little-known 2007 book) that's just getting worse and worse.

Obama should recognize the serious "domestic threat" the dumbing down of America represents and "go to war" against it.

  • @SteveBrant55 amen, brother. With the obvious fact that we are going to be massively outnumbered by Chinese and Indian scientists and entrepreneurs, the only way to maintain our standing is through innovation. Anti-Intellectualism and the failure... intentional for some... to support our public school systems will be our economic downfall far more than any tax increase would be.

  • @SteveBrant55

I heard George Will say recently that the founding fathers designed our government to be safe more than effective. By that he meant that the system was designed with enough checks and balances to keep radical change from happening, so this is why they never seem to get anything done. It's not all Obama's fault, and I didn't vote for him. Unfortunately, as long as there are no term limits in Congress, politicans will just say what they think the public wants to hear.

  • What a time 2008 was, huh? They should edit this with an egg on his face at the end. I support 100% the whole "get out and vote" thing, but I think Hollywood's gotta cool it down on straight out telling America who the right person is to vote for this time around.

  • I saw Ron's directorial debut and I have followed his career since Andy Griffith. He is a genius. There's not too many people the judgement of whom I respect more in Hollywood.

  • Classic skit! Would love to see these guys do a come back! We could use a little more Fonz these days..

  • Henry winkler

  • This is hilarious!! Well done.

  • If they wanted to have change and someone who will not be bought by the lobbiest. They should have been backing Dr Ron Paul.

  • Oh SHIT! Obama is a FRAUD! Ron, Now what? Guess it's time for "BACK TO THE FUTURE 5"!

  • I bet he wishes he could go back in time and not make this video. Obama? Not so Happy Days.

  • ahahhahahahahahahhahahahahaha

  • Ron Howard looks like ass and Henry Winkler still looks like the Fonz

  • I bet you'd like to have those 5 minutes back to think it through again!

  • When did FOnzie's neck turn into a water bottle

  • Henry Still plays fonz good

  • this temps me to burn arnolds down. i saw fonzie at a car show selling his autograph and the thing that was so uncool was that he kept his back turned to the crowd so you wouldnt be able to snap a free shot of him. he bummed my inner child out.

  • Now... What say ye! Since we're doing old shit!

  • Now what do you think?

  • You got fooled like many of us did when we voted for him now I realize it doesn't matter who gets in they are just patsies for the wealthy and the day of the common working man having a voice no longer will ever exist, we will be owned but not called slaves because that makes it to real, the goal of the banking comunity is to give people just enough to keep them from becoming independent from the banking system and have them dependent on the wealthy at a enormus cost to themselves.

  • YOU WOULD THINK WITH ALL THE MONEY THIS STUPID BASTARD HAD HE WOULD CALL HAIR CLUB FOR MEN AND DUTING THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW AND DURING THE HAPPYS DAYS ERA WE WERE A MORAL COUNTRY WITH DECENT VALUES

  • I just lost all of my respect for Andy Griffith, Ron Howard and Henry Winkler...

  • @ededos478 You do realize this was a Funny or Die sketch, right? I have no idea what it says about you though when you can lose all respect for someone because of who they voted for. If that's the case, then they were right about the divisive and poisonous atmosphere of modern American politics.

  • how stupid

  • Haha. Fonz and Richie look great in character.

  • 2 big misguided libs.....

  • holy crap from a distance henry pretty much looks the same as he did in happy days

  • @TVRnGTR He does, but I really think Ron Howard should keep the hat on, he's the only person in history to actually look as bad in life as 'old person make up' does on young actors. Scary.

  • don't care about the politics etc etc - but it was fun to see Henry Winkler as the Fonz like this.

  • Richie Cunningham and Matlock..lol

  • Hey Ron, as a political pundit, I think you have jumped the shark (ask Fonz, he can explain it).

  • "That girl who shoots moose" Ha! Hey Ron, why don't you actually look at someone's record next time! You need to go see "The Undefeated" and learn about Palin's record that the media ignored! Then take a look at Obama's non-record that the media also ignored. You were duped my friend. (by the way, your partner, Brian Grazer is my wife's cousin".)

  • "As I've said, I've never done this before and I hope never to do it again." Yeah Ron, we hope you never do it again too! You voted for Obama for NO GOOD reason. The man had no record that you could point to and unless you're really dumb, you know it by now!

  • I voted for Donald Duck.

  • I voted for Donald Duck

  • I voted for Donald Duck

  • Ron Howard - "I've voted for both parties in the past, and probably will in the future"

Sure, only if both parties are Liberal Democrats.

  • That was utterly surreal.

  • The liberals keep telling us we need to get off the road that's messing us up for so long. But the road we've been on since the turn of the 20th century is liberalism. We keep trying it and it keeps failing.

  • Not only is he a bad director, Ron Howard is one ugly mother f***er

  • @towelkit465 Wow, you guys both have a face for YouTube thread mate.

  • Shelton 705 must be a cocksucker who wants to get married to his boyfriend. Thats why he hates conservatives.

  • Ok, so I'm British and only have a marginal interest in US politics. Aside from the message, it was great to see The Fonz and Richie again and see how they looked older. That wig definitely cut a few years off Howard!

  • Wow it was interesting seeing them as older versions of Fonz and Richie!

  • When you see the comments written here, it's easy to see why nothing has improved. The huge steaming pile left for Obama by the republicans is still affecting every aspect of our economy. The Bush administration and Republican congress cut the brake lines to the economy YEARS ago and to expect it to get fixed while the FOXes are still in the henhouse is only fit for morons to believe. He needs to push harder and quit allowing real solutions to be sidetracked by people who only want power.

  • @chumpowie Or maybe nothing has changed (for the better) because the leaders we now have in the White House are clueless, devious and completely dishonest. Obviously there are still some morons out there (like you) who haven't managed to see the light yet. Keep looking! PS. You forgot to blame Nixon for our current problems.

  • money are killing america

  • Good to see these guys together once again, although I can't disagree with their political views anymore than I do now. They were duped, although.

  • Three liberal stupid fucks who have never voted republican in their lives.

  • @jleedawg

Hmm, you must be a conservative stupid fuck that has never voted Democrat in your life!

  • that was kooooooooooooooooooool

  • Omg o.o They're so old yet so young at the same time O_o holeh owo

  • when obama entered office there was 8.5 trillion in debt, now theres 14 trillion in debt and obama wants 2 more trillion,

(IM GLAD I DIDNT VOTE FOR THAT CHANGE)

  • Isn't it interesting that you have the younger generation (Opie) going to the older generation (Andy) for advice, given that the older generation voted for McCain and the younger generation voted for Obama. Plus, the Peanut Butter and Jelly for bait that Opie was using sounds more like change, his pa advising him to go back to using the bait they had always used sounds more like advice from the Tea Party.

  • @abravefan808 couldn't have said it better myself you nailed it

  • How U likin that change now Opie, Richie, Andy and Fonz? Oh yeah, since you are amongst the rich Obama likes to rail on, it really doesn' matter to you. Don't worry, I'll still watch re-runs of both shows, they were great. Worst president in history, and its no even close. MAYBE this country will have enough common sense to make Mr. Obama a one termer.

  • I wonder if Ron Howard was reading from a teleprompter.

  • great commercial.....and a great president!

  • Ugh. Pretentious liberals.

  • Winkler looks 20 years younger than Opie. I don't give two shit that Opie believes in Obama, what a moron. Look at this fucking country now. Don't ever listen to celebritys or old dickhead directors with hair pieces for political advice.

  • I liked Ron Howard, but he has turned out to be a carbon copy of the Hollywood set. Primarily Democrats and let other people do their thinking for them. I can see Henry Winkler doing that segment, he's the Fonz, but I thought Ron Howard would be smarter than that!

  • worst background music ever.

  • @tailtaptailtap

Are you kidding? Flip Fantasia is a GREAT song! :o

  • That was messed up.

  • Sock puppet with all credibility out the window.

    What a wanker.

  • I swear, the wig really looks good on him. He should've just maybe kept a wig on?

  • Hows that change working out for you . Don't you people get it , obama was anoter sock puppet of the elite . While your busy watchin happy days they where selling you out , sending your jobs to china . . . . . There traitors . . . .

  • @EsteemedColleague Well I voted for McCain, but he would probably been even worse than Obama .

  • @EsteemedColleague How's that hope and change working for you sport? ( :

  • @NCLUSA That 8 years Bush was in office was so great?

  • @TheGreekMan1981 And how does the two years under Obama stack up, Gooch?.

  • @NCLUSA LOL...Is that your comeback? Is that your defense for Dumb W. Bush? All i can say is wowwwwww

  • @TheGreekMan1981 Yeah, I like to wow people every now and then . I wonder if old leftist Andy gave back the four million he was paid to support Obama?.

  • I think they are all the same Democrats and/or Republicans.

  • And Ron, we hope you never do this again as well. Stick to making films, you are very good at that. Or, how about a follow up on O'Bama's screw ups?

  • Ok someone help me. What is the name of the music playing in the background? The 90's song.

  • @Powerman33 It's Cantaloop by Us3

  • John Wayne would call you a commie, Opie! and that sorry Andy too.

  • "When I grow up I want to vote for someone who's as great as Obama". Ok Opie tell us of the great things this guy has did?.

  • This was really cute. I especially loved him doing Opie again AND with Andy! Also, seeing The Fonz again was cool too. Kind of funny that he's doing this for the left side and his brother is doing stuff for the right, but they seem to get along well still. The party name don't seem to matter anymore. The good changes never seem to come around regardless. Always fighting, poverty, and war. No peace. Obama may suck in ways, but it's better than a Bush or any Rep.

  • OK Richie, can you and Fonz finally admit you were wr... wrrr... wrooo?

  • spew!

  • Comment removed

  • I bet ronny regrets his decision lol

  • Well, Opie—or is it "Dopey"?—are you ready to apologize to the country yet? Or have you not learned anything in the last two years?

  • What dupes they were - or still are. I know Andy Griffith is still blinded, as evidenced by his commercial for Medicare as changed by the new legislation.

  • lets see. 8 years of republican incompetence. An economy that was propped up with every trick in the book till election day, and an economy that crashed faster and farther than any time in history from election until obama took office. If anything, he was way too timid and tried to work with the republicans in office. In that respect he was an idiot. They could care less what happens to the country as long as they have power.

  • @ltgesq : I agree. obama is an idiot and the lefttards could care less what happens to the country as long as they have power. obama, the marxist sockpuppet and his handlers do as leftards always do, overplayed their hand and lost the money and confidence of their former backers.

  • @braindeadliberals Clearly didn't read my post because like all right wing trolls, he has reading comprehension problems. The republiicans could care less what happens to this country as long as they have power, moron. If you knew how to read, you would have figured it out from the context.

  • @braindeadliberals You got alot of nerve talking shit about Barack Obama, after the 8 years of G.W. Bush in office. You want to talk about idiots, then Bush is at the top of that list. When I say top of the list, I mean #1, numero uno, sinco, etc.

Obama was handed a bucket of shit....Republicans blocking everything.

  • That's the ignorance of the American people. The Republican Rich looted and destroyed our economy for 8 years, and now have spent 2 years intentionally blocking the Democrats from making any progress fixing it. Then the Tea Party loonies want to know why things aren't any better?

  • @TotinosPizzaRollz i just want to say you are so right.

  • @TotinosPizzaRollz Keep telling yourself that Deputy Fife. Lots of progress in a healthcare bill that puts YOUR decisions in the hands of government. Good one Barney.

  • @TotinosPizzaRollz Hey asshole, like a typical Demwit, you weren't paying attention. All the fucking crooks that have been listed over the past 10 years all go back to the Clinton administration and their buddies. Besides, all the corrupt corporations and big Wall St. firms you hate so much - ever notice they are ALL jewish names? And don't tell me you're too fucking stupid not to know that the big jewish financials companies vote with Democrats right down the line.

  • It's convenient for most people to forget how huge a hole "W" and 6 years of Republican congress cost us. It's also convenient not to notice that Bush turned a surplus into a huge deficit, and all the financial deregulation favored by "trickle-down" types gave us an economic crisis.

The Repub's said they'd make health care Obama's "Waterloo"? Yet 30 million Americans who were uninsured now have health care, in spite of the party-of-NO/party-of-the-filibuster. The Republicans are to blame.

  • @randombuddha1: What bullshit....

  • @braindeadliberals

I agree. Bush and the 6 years of Republican rule, 2000-2006 created this bullshit.. And with the 2008 Republicans playing obstructionist, "party of no" tactics, they basically borrowed a page from Cheney and shot the rest of us in the face with a shotgun.

Look at their agenda now: 1)Make sure Obama is a one term president and 2)Repeal Healthcare.

They're the puppets of corporations. FOX "News" fanned the tea party flames all year. But they aren't fit to govern.

  • @randombuddha1 Left or right, it really does not matter who's in the whitehouse, the puppet masters are always the same ..... look closely and you can see the strings, it's the same more or less the world over. A NWO is coming unless we the people of this planet unite, tough though as a race we've been fighting tribal wars since the beginning !! please check out '7/7 seeds of destruction' peace !!

  • By now, Ron, Andy and Henry certainly know they were duped. They were probably sincere in their interest to see change and improvement, but unfortunately they got change and total incompetence. Back to the drawing board!

  • @vcoaster No, they just got more of the same lies etc etc !!

  • @ZXRwarrior No, these are different lies.... from a professional liar who truly believes that he knows better than anyone else, so he can do whatever he wants, even if it ruins the country now and for the forseeable future. Don't you love CHANGE?

  • @vcoaster All made in the same factory, sold in the same stores, bought by the same public !! peace

  • @vcoaster It's been a painful ride and a lot of good people have been deceived. It's not the first time and unfortunately it won't be the last.

  • @vcoaster uhhh...Yea if only Obama was as smart as George W. Bush. If Obama could only handle the economy like Bush. Oh wait, it was Bush that handed this bucket of shit to Obama. I almost forgot.

  • @vcoaster All elections are rigged and staged by the CIA.

  • @vcoaster No, what they ended up getting was definitely incompetence. But it stemmed from a Republican led congress who's only motive is to make a Barack Obama a one term'er at ANY cost. Whether that is wrecking the economy or spinning everything he tries to present. Barack is one of our most cerebral presidents to date and is a professor in constitutional law. No other candidates come even close. In fact, I would challenger former President Bush to even spell cerebral....

  • @Stellaristicable It's odd then that someone so "cerebral" would not have a friggin' clue how to effectively govern the country. Brains are not the sole qualification of a great leader. Nixon was extremely intelligent too. Were you a big fan of his? Damn right we want to get Obama out at ANY cost! And I'm sure we'll be successful. The jig is up.... America has seen his real face and it's not pretty.

  • I don't see how the viewer can "forget the politics of this," this is purely political. Regardless of what one's political stance is, I hope we all can appreciate the irony of this video; 'Bush/Cheney- devisive, and by implication, Obama/Biden-Not devisive.' Yeah, that really worked out Ron, Andy, and Henry. (BTW, 'The Fonz' is no longer cool.) :-)

  • @erandbro70 Fonz will always be cool .............. Henry on the other hand !

  • I've just lost a lot of respect for all three of these bozos.

This is why I don't watch much stuff from HELLywood anymore.

    Starve the bastards out.

  • I love the "Op and Change" line. Lets see if we can get fifty of them before they yank the video........again. Embarassed Richie? and the Fonz? He's definitely jumped the shark this time.

  • Hindsight sure is 20/20 eh?

  • @Teikiatsu true my friend .... true ! peace

  • as Ronnie's brother , i have to disagree with his politics

  • have you, Andy and Henry seen enough yet to admit you've all been fleeced, as well as the rest of America

  • Wrong! Obama sucks!

  • Gee, thanks Ron. Hows that Opie and Change workin' out for ya? =^[.]^=

  • ya, great job Obama.

  • I WONDER IF THEY REGRET THEIR DECISIONS YET....

  • Twats...

  • Thanks Ron, Henry, and Andy. But Nooooooo thanks.

  • And these losers still back him 100% no doubt.
