  • @loopazilla ..... lol respect my friend.. i have many many tunes that i have made/remixed... hold tight for the sound clash between me and Zigedub this summer, live on Youtube.. we both have a stash of killa dubplates lined up seen....

    bless

  • feds inna chopta

    big tune

  • Nice Mate, pretty sweet little remix yo made here, Big Up Yo Dappa self!!!!!...Ruf!

  • its a different vybz but john holt big tune same way

  • yes prince big up bro... this vibe is mainly a UK London thing..... we call it Old Skool Jungle, some people call it drum'n'bas.... some of the tunes are wicked... thanks for checking it out tho!

  • Ahhhhhh bruv you dont understand the second tune is MY tune,i was waiting for the drop,lol...if im out in a dance from i hear them quick drums,im losing my drink on someones head!!!!

Bruv i feel blessed you drop a jungle ting for me..I wish i could repay you with a little mix but im worse than Tony Blackburn on the decks. Ill put up a tune i think you like tho still.

Thanks dappz your a L.E.G.E.N.D you got me tryin out my 2 step electric bogul like back in the day, lol.

    Bless up

  • respeck zulu i was built the remix with you in mind....i play to please byut i dont like playing regular tunes as you...the noise at the start is a helicopter..i dont use decks to make these remixes i use my pc....this remix took about 7 days in total to make coz i have to respace every word on the vocals so it sit on its new riddim properly...then i need to create the samples and add effects to them like echo and reverb ect i use my pc for this but am a master on the decks tho!

    big up zulu....

  • I'm no DJ but I know you can't space vocals unless you have the original DAT...What you did was use the tracks and loop them at points....I can still hear the original riddims under the jungle ting....I like how you are doing your thing but easy easy with the techy stuff you are reciting...you are dealing wit WAV files I presume and not DAT?

  • yes its waveformat...you can respace the words but is micro second gaps that i put in or take out so cant detect them when you lay the new riddim on top, the samples would never fit back onto the original track they just woundnt time up, i take out the top & bottom end then enhance the treble ect.. but you have to manually adjust the time pionts and remeber that the original sits on a live band recording not a digitally made riddim so they dont match up even when the BPM count say they do bruv

  • OK so its WAV yeah?....so you CANNOT identify a word in a WAV file...Its not possible...you can identify word if you have it in DAT...Now in DAT you can single out all the instruments and vocals as a different track....and even edit words but what you have done is mixed a jungle beat over the original song and looped the samples...presto!!....but still good work though but you are making it sound more complicated than it really is....2 WAV files mixed together sounds simpler dont you think?

  • your right about not being able to visually identify vocal cords on wavs but you defo hear them so i simplay stop the riddim as the vocal cord approches the marker..zoom in close and read the changes in the visual patern thus being able to space the words i also space the beat points aswell you have to when your creating a remix thats why not everyone can do it coz they just cant hold the mis on a pc like you can on decks, you cant nudge it!.. all i can say is try it and see if you get presto..

  • If it was an accapella you used then it will be a whole different scenario...but you used the actual songs in their normal WAV format and played jungle beat over....but I have to admit it takes some real insight to produce what you did....so I'll give you a "Small up" when you use an accapella I'll give you a"Big Up" hahahah....Dont pay me no mind Dappa! just gwan with your ting

  • lol" your comment.... tell ya what the next mix i do will be strickly acapella....

  • am glad you like the vibes this stuff is like marmite some raggae fans like and some hate it..

you have a real good understanding of music so

try it with a reggae riddim.... then get a reggae acapella and merge them, its easy to space voclas on an acapella... see what you come up with bruv i got faith in ya man.... its a fun ting... just try it man once you'll love it when its done..

  • just read my reply to and i meant to say...

"i dont like playing regular tunes as you know"..... lol i blaze to much collie.....

    big up Zulu...

  • I see you are showing your mixing skills right here....Its all good.I'm not much of a jungle man but I'm sure the guys that are into it will appreciate it to the max...by the way it was Sammy Dread that did M16 and not Junior Murvin lol....Anyway thanks for the share

  • i knew that... even when i was writing the creds i knew but the weed shoots me down and just a massive mental block lol.... thanks for those comments man i know you not a jungle man zulu loves hes olk skool ting so i made that one for him
