Nein das ist kein e 63 amg...ist nur einer mit Tacho achte doch mal drauf wann er schaltet...bei 6100 U/Min & der E63 dreht auf 7000 U/Min

Pretty common mod switching to the e63 steering wheel since the "paddle" shifters on the e55 are not actual paddles and are often shifted by accident putting the car into manual mode.

Why the dashboard looks ike the E63 AMG but the steering wheel looks like E55 AMG..I am confuse

That's because its a E55 with a E63 instrument cluster... all for the better looks ;-)
