I agree there aren't any stores to buy racks from. You can buy them online although they are pricey. I like the idea that you decided to go ahead and make one yourself, but the design is tacky, mainly because of the choice of using a rope. If it works for you that's great, the lights are cool, but besides that it isn't very visually appealing.
