What product are you using for your marbling? I am a silk painter and I have wanted to try that process. I bought a marbling kit from Amazon that is from the japanese company Boku-Undo. The ink will not float and all falls to the bottom. Since it came from Japan, there is no one I can ask for help. Thank you for any help you can give me.
@kellbwm1 I asked the artist Deanna about this and she says It is difficult to tell what variable it might be in the marble base causing the trouble. What she uses for the marble base is powder from Opulance Silk and Dyes. She suggests that you get in contact with Cheryl @ Opulance and purchase your base mix there.
@kellbwm1 Dharma Trading has all the supplies needed, plus some tutorials and instructions. I've been silk marbling for over a year and I absolutely love it!
