I don't normally get all that angry in day-to-day events, I've managed daily annoyances, but I'm going through a divorce and have been very worried about what would happen when all the stored up years of anger comes out(release the hounds of hell?), it's been paralyzing. This series is very helpful! Thanks for sharing!
Wel you should be a bit worried about that or rather do something about it... Most importantly : remove blood acidity and relax the intestines through deep belly breathing and/or belly massage.
Wow, thanks for your feedback. I very much appreciate the time you take to help. I have very little assistance/support right now, so thanks again! I will do it!
I feel that I have given up anger and really I had a problem with it before but smoking is quite difficult. I managed 6 weeks with only 1 cigarette a week at the beginning of the year. I smoke only tobacco and not ready-made cigarettes which contain a lot of nasty chemicals.
If all efforts to make people quit smoking could be directed for one year to make people quit anger, this planet might be hard to recognize. Especially since to quit smoking is a lot more difficult than to quit anger and of course since anger is a lot more damaging than smoking. Obviously, stopping both is best, but with nicotine being such a strong tranquilizer, to quit smoking is really quite tough.
This is a fantastic thought. I come from a family of smokers and (I know it is strange but...) I have often wished I had a vice like smoking just to be able to have the challenge to beat it. Seems so obvious... for me it is to quit anger. Thanks!

Peter I think you were right with that reply. I have plenty of work to do and anger is just the start. I took it in the way intended. Thanks.

I must agree - giving up anger would be more beneficial than giving up smoking as long as one doesn't smoke much.

Once you're done with beating anger, there is more where that came from...
