  • I know where you got the idea from. I know because I've seen it on YouTube. You got it from the user CupcakeCovertops

  • Love this idea. I got a bunch of these jars and a huge bag of crushed seashell filler at the Dollar Store. Thanks!

  • I did that but i decorated the jar just to make it a little prettier :)

  • The beads are usually 4-5 $

  • How much were the little beads ????

  • can u use rice?

  • good idea... ive been looking for those small beads everywhere thank you

  • Hi, nice idea!

LOOK MINE: DIY: Jewelry Hanger / porta-jóias feito de cabide

  • i neeeed to do this...ive been seing this alottt

  • A bunch of youtubers do the glass jar w/ beads thing for their brushes, but you're the first one I've seen who uses a lid - which is very smart, because it keeps the brushes and the beads from getting dusty.

  • i think juicystar07 and allthatglitters (two sisters) put that idea on youtube too. they sell it on their online store.

  • I used coffee beans in mine! I also got these cool LED submersible light ice cubes that you can put in the vase filler to add colored light to it!

    Love the apothecary jar idea!!

  • johans and michaels... u americans just name shops after peoples names lols...

the brushes look great done like that :)

  • i like the lid because my room is dust or something . stops the dust from setting on the bristles

  • Wow...I did this and made a video...was about to put it on and then found out it had already been done...I guess it is true...anything you can think of, someone else has already thought of it.

  • My mom did that way before Enkore. Sephora did it before him, obviously. He's not the mastermind behind it.

  • thats is cool

  • thats cool

  • I was looking for a use for my aunt's Silver Tea and Coffee service. I used the coffee and tea pot for the various sized brushes. The sugar and creamer hold lipsticks. Its a great way to keep it in use and not just behind glass.

  • This is so niceeee love it : )

  • Its from juicystar07. her sister and her have a store called glitzy glam. They sell thoes.

  • Great idea. I have my brushes set up in a similar way. Love the lid to keep dust out. You can even tie a colorful ribbon to the lid handle.

  • wow , now im gonna get one ! ha . well I want those same tiny beads . they look nice and pretty , its good for like a big collection of brushes .

  • you want to keep the lid on, if you leave the lid off and store your brushes up like that then dirt, dust, etc. will fall from the air onto your brushes and eventually find its way onto your face.. yuck

  • haha thank you to whoever said to fill it with RICE! I didn't want to go out and buy those fillers and I was thinking of what to fill it with and rice was perfect! .. and i filled it with a few seashells to make it look prettier :)

  • i just watched this video and got really excited and wanted to do it myself. I only found a dessert bowl (which was fine) and I had no beads. I asked myself what I could use instead. I thought, well since I'm asian... RICE!

    haha it works nicely.

  • I love this idea, mainly b/c of the lid, it keeps the dust at bay. : - }

  • Idea is from pursebuzz

  • Fabulous idea

  • The shop called Michaels or JoAnn Fabrics.

I believe all fabric stores should have these beads.

  • i bought my beads like tht from michaels fabric store:) they were like 6buks

  • If you still have the third jar you could put your liners in it! I love the idea of using one with a lid. I don't want to leave my brushes in the open because I am afraid my cats may try to eat them LOL. (One of them likes to chew things like plants, dried flowers, plastic etc... The bristles may be enticing for him!)

  • I think the larger glass beads look nicer than the smaller ones.

  • can u list the brand please? i like these beads a lot more bc they are the right size. others are too HUGe or too LONG? :(

  • One more thing there girl, were there like wholes in those beads? I hope not. but let me know. Thanks!:)

  • Thnak you.

I like ur way of organzing ur brushes!!!

I was DYING to know where to buy those beautiful beads, now I know where to get them.

I checked wal-mart, and they didn't have any. So i am going to check Jo-Ann Fabrics, and see if they will have them. I am positive they will!!*fingers crosses* ^^ HAHA

Anyways, that was a beautiful jar, too!!!^^

  • i have a question i have a few double ended brushes im trying to find a way on storing them can you help me? xox

  • do you know if sephora sells the beads?

  • I asked before and they said no =(

  • Gosh, that's so sad!!

I believe they would have made MUCH more money if they sold them though. haha

But Jo-Ann, I will check them out for the beads. Those beads are to die for!!!!

  • You're welcome. Just makes the area look less cluttered.

  • I like this! :-)

I hope you'll check out my channel and sub if you like it!

  • pursebuzz, i think did this also,

    its a good idea=]

  • It is fun and neat.

  • Was it enkore? good tip though ;)

  • Actually, now that I recall it was AllThatGlitters who I got the idea from. She was showing her vanity table. I actually haven't seen EnKore's video on that. I'll have to check that one out, thanks!

  • I think everyone got the idea from him, he started it when he had seen it at sephora and everyone copied it....

  • That doesn't surprise me, I love EnKore's vids! He has great ideas.

  • I bought a cheaper alternative to the floral filler! Bean bag filler! It's not as shiny but it does the job.
