the real question is does your thinkpad t400s have a left palmrest crack b/c i know there is a confirmed factory default with the palmrest in the thinkpad t410s

Rubbish vid - 41 seconds after switching on (not "about 30"!) and till the end of the video the cursor is still busy and therefore desktop not fully usable.

My cheapo Toshiba L350-262 goes from switch on to usable in 46 seconds so this video is pretty unremarkable.

A more rigorously conducted test might prove it a fast booter though...
