Todd's fixation with the difference between Christian and "pagan" practices is frustrating. I think that he actually may not think that it is possible to have anything in common with other religions and still be a Christian idea or practice.
"St. John of the Cross, Ignatius, wrong!" Why? "It was Eastern influenced." So, by that same logic, anything a Christian (or Jesus) may have in common with Eastern thought must be...wrong?
Thirdly, I think Todd has no real concept of what is "new age."
