i'm not saying this to be an asshole elitist; i'm genuinely concerned for dog. DON'T feed him pedigree. even for commercial brands, it is the lowest form of dog food. If you can't afford REAL food, go for IAMs. i would say it's the best commercial brand. HOWEVER, making an investment in healthier food can preclude the inevitable vet bill or even death of your dog, which is a bigger price than a $50 bag of Solid Gold. korean food works too. mom had 3 dogs, fed korean food, they all lived to 25.

gnawing on bones is normal & healthy for generally all dogs. That is, if they're raw.

Any sort of cooked bones (including galbi) can be harmful b.c they do splinter :T Plus, they're harder & more brittle

i know someone who's dog who had to get surgery b.c there was some bone splinter that pierced the intestines...

yea all jindo puppies have floppy ears as a puppy.. they stiffen up around 6 months of age.
