The jeep srt8 was in production for 5 years. I find it so interesting that a vehicle can be in production for 5 years and still have so many people unaware they are one of the most explosive vehicles from a dig (stand still). A full bolt on w/ tune Jeep srt8 can put down low 4 second 0-60 times. A jeep srt8 with forced induction puts down mid 3 second 0-60's. Thats super car territory. Until ya drive in 1 your are nver going to understand how well they plant that power to the pavement
well either way ya look at it no RT or even stock SRT8 challenger for the matter is coming outta the dig neck and neck with a jeep srt8. The jeep srt8 is superior to any model srt8 b/c of its drivetrain and awd system.. It most likely was a modded R/T, gears and slicks b/c the jeep started pulling on it up top. If this was a stock R/T it would have gotten completely raped by the jeep srt8 without question
@Rumplemenz No..I agree that the Jeep SRT8 will rape any other SRT or R/T off the line, and I would love to have one!..but the R/T could have easily been stock with maybe a tune, but I doubt it had gears and dragradials. Drag radials on the Challengers can dip them into 12s. Also you said the jeep started pulling on it up top? look at the trap speed...Jeep=100, Challenger=105...looks like the Challenger was pulling up top
ive got a 2001 grand cherokee 4.7 v8 with exaust and intake its slow off the start but right after it fuckin KICKS..i could easily see a newer one witha few mods especially a srt beaating a challenger
@scotty688 because the jeep slept at the line, and his timer didn't start until he left. the jeep would have been ahead the whole time if they had the same reaction time.
that challenger is not stock...

Don't underestimate the grand cherokee srt8, If you step on the gas too hard and someones with you, you could give your passenger a concussion lol

@scotty688 The Jeep is faster due to the fact that it has AWD resulting in a better launch, since it always has traction.
