Ok, dumb question, how do you store in a Northern California environment? Average temp is around 65-70 degrees. Closet, fridge? Obviously not frozen.

@DJLunasf if you cook the garlic and herbs, no refrigeration is needed.

@smiletube4u - No refrigeration is actually needed if the herbs and garlic are brought to a simmer for at least a minute (pasteurized)
