  • @Irishgirl41 you can, but it will not have the same effect, nor will it look as nice

  • Ok, dumb question, how do you store in a Northern California environment? Average temp is around 65-70 degrees. Closet, fridge? Obviously not frozen.

  • @DJLunasf if you cook the garlic and herbs, no refrigeration is needed.

  • Great thank you. Does it have to be refrigerated? In france i've seen them just left on the tables to drizzle on pizza and etc...also, you say don't add the garlic into the bottle at all? even the garlic that went into the simmered oil?

  • @smiletube4u - No refrigeration is actually needed if the herbs and garlic are brought to a simmer for at least a minute (pasteurized)
