Most PK/FR videos have rap or hip hop. I like how you used mellower music. It felt natural, fluid, and like you didn't haven't anything to prove; like you actually enjoyed parkour the way it should be.

you know, what i usually see in parkour vids is a whole lot of jumping and running and flipping and its all kind of reckless. But this guy, he's in control of his surroundings and himself he actually looks like he knows what he's going to do before he gets there and just does it perfectly.

@highjump44 he is wearing the k swiss ariakes...im told they fall apart too easily but the grip is good..check out the five ten freerunners v2 they are supposed to have the best grip for parkour ever..but i dont like the way they feel on my feet..i cant quite do precisions well in them. or KO parkour shoe before you pick which one you want

@highjump44 yeah i was always asking people questions about shoes and other things but they never responded. Felt good to give you advice and if you need anymore i can try to help

@highjump44 I tend to switch between my ariakes and vibram five-fingers. Both have great grip, both have a very short life. My advice with shoes is to find a pair that's comfortable, has decent grip, and flexible. The less heal and padding the better so to develop true landing technique and to strengthen your ankles.
