  • gangsters of the 20s and 30s ruined it for us legal gun owners. all becouse they couldnt get a life.

  • do you have to fill out the forms for just the selector switch,id like to drop one in my stock to give it that m2 look, with out spending 10 years in jail

  • you forgot to mention the trigger guard cutout for the trip arm so it can reach the trip

  • dat is GANGSTA!

  • i like it

  • what is the exact website ican get this parts from? iwant to convert my m1carbine to m2

  • Thanks so much for posting this!

  • i want one..

  • what is the exact web site i can get these parts from? iv got my Class 2 FFA license.

  • @MxRacer240 hehe cod freal FFA xD no only jokin

  • cAr-By-na

  • cAr-By-ne

  • adcosteve, you had better be careful, or the worthless thugs at the BATF will say this is illegal....!!!!

Cool video, I wish more of the weapon videos on youtube were like this, this has some really good info, thanks.

  • sweet! my m1 has the little notch on the stock and has the m2 trigger pack and bolt but no disconector bar haha

  • i only have a spring that looks like a 6 will that work :P

  • Did the M2 ever get a heavier barrel? Are these affordable guns?? Good video.

  • @wwood14 About 5k for a NFA transferable full-auto gun, about 500+ for a Semi-auto.

  • Now that I've taken the time to study how the M2 carbine works, it's actually quite clever. I never would have thought to make the sear assembly this way.

  • Now study the AK47 trigger assembly

to see how simple it is compared to other

weapons such as m2 carbine and m16.

  • Yeah, I'm trying to find a good demonstration video of how the sears in an AK-47 work.

  • You make this look so easy. But its realy not that easy to "pick up a m2 trigger group" as the batf has marked it as a "machinegun" There are plenty of Books/manuals showing how to machine the m1 group but you still have to find the selector auto seer hammer 9 spring and selector switch. And a couple other parts,LoL,

  • ALL THESE PARTS CAN BE PRODUCED.

  • Nice video...

I wish they produce modern accessories for vintage guns...

  • I have seen some, such as a minimi style stock and a regular trigger for the m1918 browning .30 cal.

  • Can you get a heavy barrel for those guns? I have read that the barrels were not very good..???

  • Fascinating video. Thanks

  • Put an M2 trigger in an Auto-Ordnance AOM160 (modernized M1), you'd have a great carbine.

  • I cant find a video on just the normal trigger group, The spring in the rear that engages the trigger and the housing never looks right to me no matter how many times i but it back in and wish i could find a video of compleate trigger group disassembly.

  • There is a round "M2" bolt, but both bolts work fine in either M1 or M2 configuration.

  • Nice Video. :-)

As a M1 Carbine owner I was always under the impression that there was also an M2 bolt which was round as opposed to the M1 bold whaich is flat.

  • most (since they're milsurp) have the auto bolt....just need to have the potbelly stock (which has room on the left for the selector)

theoretically speaking, of course.....changing these arts is a quick trip to prison unless you're an SOT or something
