you forecasted an above average winter in terms of temperature. It was a below average winter. You decided to predcict around average rainfall. It was (by and large) below average. Unusual as it may be, in the long term/seasonal forecast you got it wrong. Now that is what customers want to hear-a bit of honesty now and again. On the other hand, you did correctly predict the incredible events of February 09 so well done. Can we expect a repeat performance this coming winter? Looks like yes to me.
