Ummm....no, it's season 4. Season 3 had no Desmond Mobay and no shooting in Em City. Adebisi only received the gun from Hughes at the end of season 3. It was put to use at the beginning of season 4 (as you can tell from the trailer).

God, BEST SHOW EVER!! Adewale (Adebisi) is the fiiiinest man alive, though I'm confused as to whether he spoke in his Nigerian or his English accent here. LOVE the rest of the cast, as well (and it's nice to see Chris Meloni do commentary for this show, too, as the bastard is usually all about SVU).
