Thats an interesting find. I've never seen a manual reel mower in the UK. I've seen them at hardware stores, just never being used. Most people here use electric lawnmowers. I have seen a few old reel mowers with 2 stroke or 4 stroke engines powering them from the 1950's however.
@MrMoterKid Some cities in California and other States that have strict emissions controls have banned the use of gasoline powered mowers. This push mower is pretty neat, if it actually works.

@MrMoterKid The problem is reel mowers without engines will not cut tall grass easily. What I will do is restore this one, and then sell it for $20.
