@psnsam ... It's Conservative to be Anti-Corruption and Anti-Predation. Capitalism/Market Economics doesn't have to be Predatory.'Fair Trade' Economics is market economics. Predatory Parasites and those committing Economic Treason can be curbed, and traditionally have been.
@marniespeaks Are you TOO BIG TO FAIL? As they say the gains are privatized and lost is socialized. If you are just a peasant you will remain a slave forever, that's the American system of capitalism. AMERICAN CAPITALISM STINKS.
this isn't *American* capitalism - at all. American capitalism existed mostly during the 1800's, when we had no central banks, and definitely no private banks posing as 'Federal' banks, which prints the money our government uses, but with interest, and at a rate which they themselves control. go ask Andrew Jackson what American capitalism is.
look, there was still an era after the Civil War where we had no central, privately owned bank run by international banksters. almost 50 years of it. also, would the Africans who sold and captured other Africans into slavery recall their ventures being in a free market, tax-free economy? my point is, of course i agree slavery is wrong. but there are more slaves today than there ever was due to these wars funded and created by bankers, forcing us to pay impossible interest on fiat money.
I agree. There are certainly more slaves world wide today. But even after the war immigrants like the Irish, Italians, chinese, etc... were exploited. Not to mention the free natural resources we acquired by slaughtering the natives (Jackson can tell you a thing or two about that). We have always been a nation that acquired Goods by force. So what has been the difference between the US and the communists under Lenin, Mao, and Stalin.
I agree once again. My only question would be - what nation hasn't acquired things by force? there has always been crime, exploitation and discrimination.
everywhere. i'm not saying American capitalism at its purest peak was without it. but i'd much rather live in the Wild West than today.
Also, the US dictator puppets never went on open genocide sprees totaling in the hundreds of millions against their own people as did Lenin, Mao, Pol Pot, Stalin.
Then fine we are just like ever other nation in history. An American has little if any moral high ground. Again, the native americans, the boys of the Ludlow massacre, Waco, Sacco and Vanzetti, Kent state, and the millions of victims in our world wide colonial efforts in South America, East Asia and the near east would = say "lets run the numbers." More bombs were dropped on Laos than all of Europe during world war two. People are people- mass murder is mass murder.
what the fuck is your problem? what is it with all these youtube "debates" that spring from a guy's single comment? i never claimed America held moral high ground vs. other nations. just that our bankster owned puppet presidents never did mass genocide against *their own* citizens, as did other nations' bankster owned puppet leaders. you cannot refute anything i said and i believed us to be in agreement. then you reply with antagonistic comments and questioning. i'm so tired of this shit.
My problem is African AMERICAN slavery and the native AMERICAN slaughter is US sponsored mass genocide against its own people. I wouldn't be on this page if I didn't think Keiser was right on. I am simply Pointing out that US puppet leaders have sponsored mass genocide- something you don't seem to want to admit.
they were people of the United States? that's news to me. being as the United States (for most part) was not even formed at the time. again, i agree that was all very wrong. but it wasn't mass genocide of its own republic. anyway you try to shout and antagonize won't change it. and again, what about those AFRICANS who sold and captured their fellow Africans into that slavery? Or those Natives who murdered each other and cut deals with the 'white man'?
Yes my rants will change things. It is a history that you want to ignore but someone reading will find that the winners perspective written in the text books isn't the whole picture. If you can sleep at night thinking the Cherokee who were run off their land and slaughtered in 1828 after conforming to every US cultural condition and your math says 2/3 of a person isn't person than sweet dreams.
dude, again. what is your problem? no, they will not change things. you're just being an asshole. i do not think it's okay for what happened to the Natives. i just don't think you're blaming the right people or *all* the right people. and definitely not, if you're gonna take it out on me, as i wasn't even here for it man.
@1826TJ The Henry George School (Chicago) actually specializes in educating about land/natural resources as the basis of the economy. Henry George espoused a practical program for "reparations," as it were, and forestalling the inevitable re-concentration of land. However, he made a crucial distinction between land and manmade capital, unlike either traditional "capitalists" or Marxists. We think owning capital is fine as long as everyone has access to Land. Check out our links!
when watch anything on RT "russia today" .......consider the source. what Max neglects to mention is ....Obama's biggest campaign donor was.......(drumroll please).....Goldman Sachs. i love Max's show, but his left-leaning mentality is see-thru.

Max Keiser, i have such respect for your brilliant, humorous, insightful, articulate confrontational show. Thank you for having Nomi Prins, she is so sharp and helpful in illustrating the bank heist we've all witnessed. it's shocking they get away with it. thanks again.
Land-based taxes -- and in some cases nationalization by states -- form the basis of Left-Libertarianism and Geoism, and are consistent with writings of Henry George. Would make good sense for the US, IMO.
One of the problems in the US is the absolutely horrid urban planning -- not even a pedestrian/bike/moped infrastructure! Everything is reliant on the automobile, which is a major weakness for any country. This could all be influenced for the better.
@LibertaerUeberAlles income tax is unconstitutional. we need to get rid of property tax to but the only way to do that is to actually own the land you think you own
@kchomer1 Just a way or the gov to have a lien on your property that is already OWNED and paid for, basically what they are telling you is , Americans will NEVER EVER EVER truly OWN your own property....F@#@#$ing BS if you ask me.
It's definitely an interesting topic. As a left-libertarian, I generally support all free market principles, in the way that someone like Ron Paul would describe them.
But I guess with land I have a different outlook. I don't like the sprawl paradigm, especially near cities. And having a car-free option of travel is a major advantage.
But I see your point about paying rents. Theoretically it should be possible to occupy space without paying for it! But should there be a space limit?
all i said is we already pay rent for property we are supposed to OWN under the constitution. i lean right. i believe we should own our own land and keep limited taxes as the constitution intended. even though property tax isnt technically unconstitutional it is still trickery by our government

The Radical Progressive Left has their panties in a knot because THEIR corporate media just LOST its monopoly on political speech.
Finally ALL corporations (not just MSNBC, CNBC, FOX, PBS, ABC, NBC) have equal access to air time!
As long as the advertising is correct and not a lie, then we can NEVER have too much information!
BTW, there are all kinds of laws on the books to prevent Defamation which is any wrongful injury to the reputation of a person or entity.
