  • one of the greatest bands EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! threy never released a bad song , in my humble opinion.

  • cut my fret hand up working in the oilfield...no ring finger....uhhg...

  • Sadly I heard this on a campus radio station in Albuquerque New Mexico but never heard the name of the song or the artist, but the song stuck in my head for years. Finally I happened upon it while tripping through youtube videos. It's as great as I remember it.

  • INDEED!...Brillant.....This song makes me wish I still had a working fret hand......Cheers!

  • Awesome talents so under rated but highly prized.......oh yea !

  • Can anyone please tell me how he gets that AMAZING tone out of his guitar?! I can't seem to do it!

  • @Bobbyshew0825 I found that turning the treble knob on my amp down a little bit and keeping the level of distortion down (obviosly) helped. Maybe try some reverb, and I also sometimes use the 2nd position and 4th position of the selector switch (if you have a stratocster) to give it kinda of a poppy sound but without two much treble, and use the bridge for the brighter sounding parts as well. Also a compressor may help

  • @acdczeppelinhalen1 thank you soo much i will try them next time i have the time! lol :)

  • @Bobbyshew0825 Oh and one more thing, although I might not have to tell you this, but remember to play with emotion and put yourself into it!!! if you do that it should just flow through you to the guitar!!!

  • @acdczeppelinhalen1 haha yeah i know it man. thanks again! :)

  • i have listened to these guys for almost 30yrs now and i am so happy to see them hear and get a chance to listen to them again how can i download these guy's to my personal files? i sure do miss them

  • So great how his solo is so bittersweet sounding but way more sweet the bitter! Never get tired of these guys. Saw them open Festival de La Luna at Auditorium Shores in Austin under a perfect full moon night. Thousands of groovy cool Austinites were dancing with these guys under the full moon for hours it seemed. Just beautiful and super special! Thanks BHT&M! Your music is not just good but great and life is better because of it.

  • anyone miss the 90's and thinks this past decade of music sucked?

  • @tkotan all decades of music have had bad music and good music. just have to know where to look for the good stuff!

  • @tkotan shutup

  • @tkotan There's always great music out there; you just have to look for it sometimes. Often, the best stuff comes from artists that don't get played on radio (or rarely). Most of what gets the most attention from the various media outlets is fluff & crap, disposable pop nonsense. This is definitely one of those songs that will always stand the test of time.

  • @liquidtenor You sir, said exactly what i was going to say.

  • @tkotan Ooh! I miss real music, too. :)

  • @tkotan TOTALLY! We will never get that decade back!

  • @tkotan the last decade has been overwhelmed by the technology age. and, we are getting older and tend to stick with our musical tastes and are less open to new sounds

there has been a lot of great music over the last 10 years but of course some of it (especially the radio) has stunk.

  • @tkotan I never realized how great the 90's were till living through this past decade

  • 14 people should get there ears checked

  • I'm thinking love, love, love, love. Its bittersweet, more sweet than bitter, bitter than sweet, bittersweet surrender. Are we everything we wanted? As we tremble and we bleed. Kinda nails some relationships doesn't it.

  • @tamerswan Yeah, like if you were on a deserted island, stranded and you had to live with your picks 4ever--this would be one of those tunes. It's one of my top 20 or so favorites of all time. It so poignantly captures the expectations of a relationship and how different it sometimes ends up. "Its different than my dream." And the thin line between love & hate & unspoken desire. "I said we don't talk about it/We don't tell each other all the little things we need...As we tremble and we bleed."

  • This is one of my deserted island tunes!! They are coming to my city in June--nite show along the river--can't wait!! Never seen 'em but really look forward to it. They seem very authentic and down to earth guys. Man this song is outstanding!!!
