  • Not very realistic unless you want to tun triple plays. Form goes out the window pretty quickly. Not sure I agree on the inside/outside throws, get too confusing.

  • my teams goes home to 1st den 1st to 3rd den 3rd to second den 2nd to home..den if we drop it 5 pushups nd 5 situps...nd we do dat fo lyke 5 mins...its fun 2 me!

  • I love this drills as a player, when ya'll reversed the ball your girls are turning the wrong way. if you are going H,1,2,3 all they have to do is turn glove side and their feet will already be set. Here they are taking an extra step to get their feet set. Just a pointer to cut down on time.

When going H-1-2-3, I try to emphasize that If the ball is thrown to the outside to a righty's glove-side then they should go backdoor counter-clockwise as you describe. If it is thrown inside, then they should try to get air on the catch, rotate clockwise in the air and land with their feet set to throw.

  • drill is ok at best, and the camera guy is giving me a headache. maybe you should consider a wide angle lens and stand somewhere besides directly in the middle
