It's family targetted, there's games for just about ANY type of player, the remote looks simple ((odd at first for prior nintendo addicts, but fine.)), and a fitness program with a game console? well i just recently bought this game, and i can tell you it is alot of fun, the only bad thing is that it keeps tellin u yur overweight and the price is 2 high, but its really fun and it has alot of yoga and balance excersises 2 do and you can even play these mini games, oh and the point of the game is not all these mini games, its the yoga and balance excersises cause its a balance board its meant to improve yur balance
