  • the sledgehammer workout is more of a workout for strikers since it works your rotational strength...

  • Rotational strength is very important to the grappler as well. Throws, sweeps, transitions and many subs require rotation. Combine that with the grip strength gained from sledge hammer work and it's a winning combination for both strikers and grapplers.
