It has the same meaning, but strictly speaking it's more hilarious, because it is extremely animalistic, as if the librarian ain't a human, but a mad animal. 'Wurst' has two meanings: 'piece of shit' and 'sausage'... so translated it's 'produce sausage/a piece of shit, eagerly eat sausage/a piece of shit'.
