You clearly don't know what you're doing... the point is not to stir for 2 minutes, but to stir until it stops foaming (e.g. until all the CO2 has left the wine). This means RIGOUROUS stirring, and foam should overflow 3-4 times. My guess is this didn't clear, which is why there's no next video.
Who are these people that post instructional videos when they aren't an expert???
