The true difference between a contrail which is the realease of excess fuel and a chemtrail is that the chemtrail lingers for a long time and a contrail which all planes have will disappear almost instantly. The government has admitted they did chemtrail testing pretty heavily in the 50's-70's but deny doing it now.
