That's the vinyl limited edition. 6 songs. I'm not sure which one you have - Japan release maybe? The reason people are complaining is because this song originally came out on Psonic Psunspot and so it is a little jarring to see the wrong album cover. I have the original vinyl.
@cutu69 Tho origonal release of 25 O'clock had only up to Mole From The Ministry. The rest was on Psonic Psunspot, later the two albums were combined.
