Peter Criss was always an oldies, 50's jazzy type of guy, not a true gritty 70's rock and roll guy, sorry to say. As much as I like Peter, the 1978 solo albums showed you how far away he was from the rest of the band. Maybe this unfulfilled jazz career ambition along with the Jewish conspiracy against Ace and Peter not to allow them full freedom (similar to The Beatles) is what drove these two men to drink and drug abuse. Ace's album was the best, Peter's the worst. Gene and Paul in between.

It was a long time ago but I don't believe this was in the setlist for the whole tour. At the Madison Square Garden Ace did "New York Groove" - Paul did "Move On" and Gene did "Radioactive". As I recall nothing from Pete's solo album.

Peter never claimed to be into "heavy rock". He's a jazz and early rock dude. He's a little bit older than the other guys in KISS and his songs reflect that. I always thought Pete's voice was a nice change of pace from Paul and Gene's. I didn't even know they played this tune live. This is a great version!
