I have the same camera. I only wish the store I bought it from had it in black. :( I was forced to get it in silver.

Overall it's a GREAT GREAT camera. The zoom is amazing. Going to a concert in a few weeks so I can't wait to use it.

It's a very good camera. My friend just bought one and he used it in the pool. Take caution though as the battery door does not completely keep the water out. His had a little water that was able to get in the battery door.

I'm sorry. My friend has the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS1 camera which is another camera that is waterproof, shockproof and dustproof. You are right, the TZ7 is not waterproof camera. Sorry about that

TZ7 is an excellent camera anyway, Lux3 is expensive and more for pros, and btw ur not really that bad at english ; )

Hey man, despite the fact that your English are not good (am not English either) your unboxing Sucks, no offense man but your 4min video shows nothing. We expecting to see the size of the camera and what they include within the box anyhow thanks for the effort.

One more thing, as i notice from the manual of the box you purchase your cam from japan wright? how come the model name to be TZ7 (EU VERSION) and no ZS3(Japan,US)? do you know that the ZS3 does not have the 15minitus video limit.

No, I think it's only North America that calls it ZS3, thats gay not having the 15 minute time limit for videoing only on ZS3.
