Yes. My yorkie does the same thing, even when she's dry.

After a bath, we blow dry my yorkie, Kaysee, but she still thinks she is wet so she does the same thing. But sometimes we have to wash her feet or butt or something if it gets dirty, and then we don't blow dry and boy does she run around!!!!

there's water in his ear. what's why his is going nut. you need to careful when you wash him..
