Bowie slowed the tempo down - I like it better this way. Freddy/Queen usually had a faster beat. But my favorite version is still with Gail Ann Dorsey doing lead vocals with Bowie, and I mean no disrespect to Freddy, who wrote the song, and whose talent is a lasting testament to all that is good and beautiful in the world.

Actually, David Bowie's eyes are the same color. It's the paralyzed pupil that give them the appearance of being two colors. I have written several papers on him. If you would be interested, there is a wonderful book called "The Life and Times of David Bowie". (It even starts on the day he was born.)
