It should pass and when it does I would not be shocked if it would appear to on the ballot in 2012. That wouldn't really, shock me at all. Considering they would only need 55,736 signatures to get it on the 2012 ballot. However, The deadline to submit the first third of signatures for a veto referendum in Maryland is 40 days after the legislation is signed into law.
