People who are being really cruel and ignorant, should look up the causes of Anencephaly. It is possible that a lack of Folic Acid can cause neural tube defects that can lead to disorders like Anencephaly. This may be why the condition seems to be found more often in countries who do not have the medical knowledge/access to medical care that informed countries do.
