5" Farmboy Diesel turboback exhaust

@Kawirider206 sorry to burst your bubble but the only common rails with 3.5" factory exhaust is the 03-04. The 04.5-07 5.9's are factory 4" turbo back. The turbo was dimensions were increased and given a 4" cast iron elbow on the 04.5+. That being a megacab (06+) it's a 4" factory and goin to 5" makes a little deeper sound but nothin else is gained...
