for lots of moonlight, go till 12:00 till 5 am to streloks hideout. that electric hallway has a lot of them, walking from north to south there is possibility to not get hit. if you got them al. go back to institut and back underground again XD do that till 5 am and you have a lot of them
Artifacts spawned for me after some time in wild territory, after doing most of the quests in yantar and army warehouses, althought I didnt found any moonlight but flash, sparkler, and mica. Even those at only certain place like the Big ben finding place, and some other closer to bar witrh fruit punches.

Im not sure but moonlight realy spawns on midnight on lightning anomalies, others I do not know yet. I am about to go to the bloodsuker village witch i herd scares the shit out of you and yes the grenade thinng worked :D
ur joking right? I can stand in one of those for minutes. And come on, if he's already that far in the game he at least has a stalker suit and thats good enough to get throught there.
Actually, its not, if you play on a resonable dificulty. A SEVA suit is what he should have, along with 4 batteries. Cause that would actually regenerate his suit and leave his health alone.

They don't -spawn- at midnight, they are invisible from 4am to Midnight.

Ha. Never thought of that... just ran through the anomaly to get to it :P
Did shoot on some soul artifacts to get them out of the anomaly, though. Impossible to run into a whirlygig and get out in one piece.
