go to the forest in the Sub Space Emmisionary (in normal mode) then go right fight the 3-5 guys keep going and you should find a door in the air go in it and there'll be a cutscene of toon link on his ship beat him and there you go!

Deoxys should be a character instead of lucario. Lucario is replacing mewtwo. a PSYCHIC pokemon. Deoxys would work way better. Plus, lucario is a FIGHTING and STEEL type pokemon. It looks like the Shadow Ball/Aura Sphere move and Lucario's F-Smash and U-Smash are all very similar to Mewtwo, as well as his floaty jumps...
