Great clip thanks! Didn't realise it would have kept the original engines (pre turbofan). Surely there are still 707s flying (eg recently retired RAAF VIP machine) so why was it so hard to get the parts?
amazing the memories all come back. I was a young apprentice and worked on this aircraft starting back in the late 60's. hey sold this aircraft back in 1971 I think it was and bought the first of 4 747B's, Vh-eba , ebb ebc and ebd.
