  • Very informative! Trying this out today.

  • hey!this tutorial is really cool but you should probably use ink than paint i think?:)

    xD

  • Great video :)

  • Dear kindly tell me the name of Sheet used to make the stamp ??

and what is name of curve tool ?

  • @MrAlmasim Of course! I forgot to mention that I bought (what I think is called) Soft-kut printing blocks at Blick, the art supply store closest to me. You can also buy the pink Speedy Stamp, which is more expensive. I once tried out Speedy Cut, which is less flexible and crumbles a lot. So ask where they keep the Speedy Stamp/cut and you should find the soft rubbery material that I used. PZ Kut is also a nice tough material that stamp makers love to use. I hope that helped! :)

  • Thanks...exactly what I was looking for!

  • thanks for this!

  • Thank you! This is the instructional video that I needed.

  • Cool video! Thanks for posting :)

  • how much was the speedball carving tool?

  • Your video is great. Just what I was looking. Fast, informational and fun. Thank youuuuu.

  • what is the name of the music playing?

  • @raiinbowkunn It's called "Despertar" by Aisha Duo, it was part of the sample music that came with my computer when I bought it. :D

  • its better buying like 10 stamps for 3.99 than making one and waisting more money for stuff so FAIL!

  • @dolfi46 but most of the times, you won't be finding stamps the shape and size you want! geez, you people always think it's best to go the easy way! this is a really cool form of art, so please, don't FAIL this kind of stuff!

  • @limovski23 Aww, thanks dolfi46! Carving stamps is an art, as was wood block carving from back in the day! Saying that carving stamps is a waste is like saying that knitting is a waste (since you can buy a sweater). All that I ask is that you have fun using your imagination to make amazing things. :)

  • Dear kindly tell me the name of Sheet used to make the stamp ??

  • Could enable the "closed caption" for this video? Thanks.

  • Your beautiful and talented.

  • I have just watched your video with interest. I've never seen this type of thing before. Where does one purchase the rubber sheet you used & the wonderful cuttering tools I wonder? Could anybody advise me? I am in the UK, but would buy from abroad if necessary to have a go. This looks like fun! Thanks.

  • @MustaffaCuppa You should definitely try out stampeaz. com, they have all of the hand-carving stamp supplies you could ask for! If you click on "carving materials" it will list all of the rubber sheets that you can try out. Click on "carving tools" and it will show the lino cutters (I recommend getting the assortment). The first stamps you make will come out looking funky, but with a little practice you'll soon be making amazing creations! Have fun with it, and be crafty!! ;)

  • @MustaffaCuppa if you want to make a small stamp you can use a eraser :) hope this helps

  • Thanks, guys!

  • Hey great job! Do you have a link to where I can buy the lineal cutter? I tried looking up at Michael's Art Supplies Store, but I can't find it on their website. Also for the rubber. This way its faster for me to purchase then wasting so much time and gas trying to find the supplies.

  • @collegetink2006 You should check out stampeaz . com. PZ Kut is a pretty tough material, and lots of stampers prefer it. Stampeaz sells lino cutters but the exact one that I bought was from Dickblick . com, if you search "speedball lino cutter" you should see it. I bought the set No.1.

    Happy stamp making!

  • This is great. I never knew it was so easy. Thanks!

  • amazing your mini workshop

  • You make it look pretty easy. If I try it, I'll have to keep the bandaids at the ready.

TFS! Your little stamp came out very cute!

  • So cool. You got me to thinking of making some small art from some drawings I've done.

  • I love your lion it is super cute! Thanks for the tutorial, I am gonna make my own stamp now.

  • I'm looking for this tools for ages, never found! Is a nice video answer to my video. I dont like to show my face anyway! ^________^

  • Hi! This was fun -- thank you so much. Now I want to try it ;-) Can you tell me what you're doing with the ink and roller (and what those supplies are called), rather than just an inkpad? Also -- tried to give you love on etsy store but it's empty :-(

  • @katsambuchino Hahahh, yea my etsy has been dry for a while, but I want to start selling my needle felted gremlins soon! :) I was just trying to be super fancy using the brayer and ink, you can just use an inkpad. Don't pay me any mind, I was just showin' off! Sorry for the delay, by the way! :D

  • Thanks for the feedback! That was my bad, I forgot to mention that I bought (what I think is called) Soft-kut printing blocks at Blick, the art supply store closest to me.
