He further states that pleasure means slavery, which is dependent on something or someone. We will have sorrow when we miss the pleasure. However, happiness is quite opposite and stems from within. He gives examples to explain these points. It should be okay to have pleasure if we are ready to face the mess, if we are ready to face troubles. We will avoid certain things only when we experience it ourselves.
