Okay, my thoughts about this are that the uniforms of the soldiers should be baggier. The pants are a cut that was not used until after Viet Nam. The bomber jacket on the one soldier too, is not sized like the ones used in WWII, and that would have been the uniform of military (male) personnel in 1947. This also would have been filmed with a DR70 16mm camera and this piece looks to me like a computer graphic obscuration job.

every saw the film alien autopsy well that story is the real story and this is the real footage YES REAL PEOPLE the rest is missing because is on a roll of film and in miami heat in a garage for 20 odd years it was there it decade the heat wiped nearly all footage and this is all that could be saved thats why its so bad quality too
